CyberGirls is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and may lawfully use the Services where you live. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using CyberGirls.

We may request age verification or other information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect users and the Services.

CyberGirls provides AI-powered conversational characters, customizable fictional characters, companionship and roleplay, language learning, generated text and images, character memories, relationship systems, specialized assistants, user-created characters, virtual currencies, digital items, and related entertainment features. Features may be added, removed, modified, or replaced as CyberGirls evolves.

Characters and agents on CyberGirls are artificial intelligence systems and are not human beings. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, characters, conversations, relationships, emotions, memories, opinions, photographs, biographies, and other representations generated through CyberGirls are fictional or AI-generated.

AI characters do not possess consciousness, feelings, intentions, personal desires, or real-world relationships. Emotional statements generated by a character are computational output and are not evidence of genuine emotion or consciousness.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, fictional, internally inconsistent, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating generated information before relying on it.

Our specialized agents are not licensed professionals unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, accounting, employment, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when a decision may significantly affect your health, finances, rights, safety, or employment.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, avoid sharing your account with unauthorized persons, promptly report compromise, and accept responsibility for activity through your account where permitted by law.

We may suspend accounts that appear compromised, abused, fraudulently created, or used in violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for characters and inputs you create. You may not create characters that depict or sexualize a person under 18, impersonate another person for harmful or deceptive purposes, use private information without authorization, or violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or personality rights.

If you upload material relating to a real person, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions. You must not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraudulent identity materials, or content intended to mislead people into believing generated media is authentic.

User Content includes messages, prompts, photographs, character descriptions, biographies, files, feedback, preferences, memories, and other information submitted through the Services. You retain ownership of content you owned before submitting it.

By submitting User Content, you grant CyberGirls a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, and display it as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Services, provide requested AI functionality, troubleshoot, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

You may not use CyberGirls to exploit or endanger minors; generate child sexual abuse material; facilitate trafficking, terrorism, serious violence, self-harm, fraud, scams, identity theft, malware, unauthorized account access, harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, extortion, unlawful intimate imagery, intellectual-property violations, or unlawful disclosure of confidential information.

You may not interfere with infrastructure, bypass safeguards, rate limits, access controls, payment mechanisms, or safety systems; scrape content without authorization; reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits; resell access; or violate applicable law.

CyberGirls may offer fictional romantic, flirtatious, or adult-oriented interactions where permitted. These features are strictly limited to adults. Content involving minors, persons represented as minors, or ambiguous-age sexualized characters is prohibited. Availability may vary by law, payment provider, app store, geography, or platform policy.

Subscription prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not refund charges already incurred.

Sapphire, Diamond, Gems, and other virtual currencies have no cash value, are not legal tender or cryptocurrency, cannot normally be redeemed for cash, and may only be used for eligible CyberGirls features. Digital items and generation credits generally have no value outside CyberGirls and cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and are responsible for applicable taxes, exchange-rate differences, and provider fees unless stated otherwise.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, consumed digital services, virtual currency, generation credits, and immediately supplied digital products are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, technical failures, unauthorized transactions, billing errors, and undelivered services may be reviewed individually.

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, unchanged, or data-loss-free operation. We may perform maintenance, update systems and models, change pricing, impose usage limits, or discontinue features. Beta and experimental features may contain bugs, behave unpredictably, lose stored information, or be discontinued.

CyberGirls software, branding, interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, databases, documentation, characters owned by CyberGirls, and proprietary technology belong to CyberGirls or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them.

Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use generated content produced for you for lawful purposes. AI outputs may not qualify for copyright protection, may resemble other outputs, and are not guaranteed exclusive.

Feedback and suggestions may be used by CyberGirls without restriction or compensation.

We may use automated systems and human review to detect abuse, fraud, security threats, illegal content, policy violations, and attempts to circumvent protections. We may warn users, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, or report conduct where required or permitted.

You may stop using CyberGirls at any time. After termination, your right to use the Services ends; some information may be deleted or anonymized, while records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance. Unused virtual currency may be forfeited except where law requires otherwise.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the CyberGirls Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. Review it before using the Services.

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information such as passwords, financial credentials, government identification numbers, or confidential third-party information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberGirls and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability to the extent legally permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberGirls and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid during the preceding 12 months or US $100.

We may update these Terms for new features, legal requirements, security practices, business changes, or changes to the Services. The revised Last Updated date will be displayed. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and feature-specific terms constitute the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
